Refund Policy

All returns must have an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code, which is obtained by contact us directly.

• RMA Codes will only be issued for items within 30 days of purchase.
• Returns will only be processed for merchandise that is in NEW condition, unopened in its original packaging
• Return Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
• COD’s are not accepted as returns and will not be accepted.
• Packages received without RMA Codes will not be refunded.
• We cannot received shipping returns of Lead Acid (Pb) batteries, Lithium Ion (Lilon), Lithium Polymer (LiPo) or fuel cases due to shipping regulations. We will accept returns of these items within 30 day of purchase if brought to our physical store location.

If there are functional issues or defects discovered after the product has been opened, please contact the manufacturer directly.
